2000 Dodge Durango?Fan won't turn off

The fan won't turn off on the car, runs continuously, I have resorted to disconnecting the battery so it won't keep running, I don't know what to look at to fix it.

I'm not sure which fan your talking about, radiator fan, hvac fan? If your talking about the engine cooling fan, maybe the relay is stuck, or the computer is grounding the relay for some reason?
