The passenger side window motor does work as well as the drivers side. You can hear the motor running it running when pressing up and down (automatic windows). But, the window itself seems to be off track and does not respond. It just drops completely down. I have to force it back up and tape it up. what can cause this and how to fix it. Is there a connector problem within the door so that the window is no longer connected to a motorized fixture. Thanks for the help.

you need a new regulator motor you can find them used for about 75.00 or new for about 300.00 its easy to replace as long as you know how to get into your door panels
