1999 Dodge Durango Turn Signal

My left turn signal functions normally when parking and headlights are off. When I turn them on the turn indicator (left side only) stay on and does not blink. I changed all of the bulbs but that did not work. Any ideas? Thanks!

this is normally caused by faulty ground wiring. check grounds at the bulb housings as well as at the headlight switch.
