Are parts for a dodge Ram interchangeble with a dodge durango and if so what years? I have a 1999 Durango and it needs a starter ao will starter for a 1998 dodge Ram work ?

We only recommend direct fit parts. As far as the parts, you would have a better chance of the parts from a Dakota fitting.
