My 99 Durango makes an annoying squeaking sound on the left front end every time I go over a speed bump or pretty much every time the truck bounces up and down. Do you know what the problem is and is there any way I can remedy the problem (grease or lube) w/o having to replace a part???

Try lubing the front end (ball joints), the sway bar end links. At that mileage it could be many things.
