Brakes problem
1999 Dodge Durango V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
I HAVE A 1999 DURANGO AND I HAVE HAD QUITE A FEW REAR BRAKE PROBLEMS. IT HAS RWAL ONLY AND I HAVE REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER, WHEEL CYLINDERS, BRAKE SHOES, BLED THE SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THE REAR BRAKES ARE STILL STICKING OUT LIKE THE PRESSURE IS NOT BEING RELEASED. THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET THE PRESSURE OFF IS TO POP OPEN THE BLEEDER ON EITHER REAR WHEEL CYLINDER. THE ONLY THING LEFT IS THE PROPORTIONING VALVE. IS THAT MY PROBLEM? THE BRAKE LIGHT HAS NOT COME ON AT ANY TIME.

it could be a bad porportioning valve or master cylinder problem. since they are both doing it at the same time?

I doubt both hoses went bad at the same time.
