1999 Dodge Durango Found the real problem

I found out the real problem on my truck. The problem is the GPS or governor pressure sensor and/or solenoid. My question is, where is it located, how much does it costs and is it easy to replace?

Now, my next question is, where can i get the part from?

Part @ $112 need to drop pan it is on valve body see diagram
