I am having trouble withe rear drum brakes, When I hit my brakes my wheel cylindars are adjusting out and not releasing when I release the brake pedal. I have replaced all parts in wheels and that did not help. I have also replaced the master cylindar and combination valve. I find myself replacing the rear shoes almost every other month. I am wondering what else it could be.

have you tried replacing the rear wheel cylinders? next if the brake lines get filthy on the inside they can impede function. Also are you using new brake springs?
