1999 Dodge Durango ABS light on with E Brake light

Frequently, after engine start the ABS and E Brake lights remain on after the computer self test. I've replaced the wheel speed sensor on the rear diff 4 times as well as drained and replaced the rear diff fluid. The issue is intermittent, but when the lights remain on the anti lock brake are disabled and the performance suffers.

Any ideas?

Its been scanned, but showed no codes. It seemed to pass its internal self test. Do you think this is a Computer issue? thanks!
