how do u take out and put back together the gears inside of the pumpkin

THis is a very involved process. I have to recommend getting a good repair manual with step by step instructions and pictures to identify parts. It isn't only removing and replacing parts, thre are adjustments that need such as setting back lash. For me to try to explaine that via the internet. It would be 20 pages long and there is too much room for error.
