I just put new themoter in this truck but it is still cooled not really any heat just barley and when you try to turn the heat up it blows out cold air. Just brought this truck by as is so I know nothing about it. I thought it might need a heater core or is there fuses or something I can check first to see if I get any heat

Feel the heater hoses after the engine is warmed up. They should be too hot to hold onto for very long. If they are just warm, the heater core might be plugged with sediment. They can be back flushed with a garden hose to clear the blockage.
