1999 Dodge Durango V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1999 Dodge Durango make a clicking sound when I turn the wheel left and right. What might be wrong?

Hi there, is this noise when stationary or when driving? if driving it could by CV's if stationary the pump may be faulty or loose or a loose pump pulley.
