when I turned off the truck a bunch of coolant flowed out from under. Being that there is a skid pad couldnt find leak. What would be common cause for this?

THere is a seap hole under the waterpump that will leak if the pump is bad. Start by checking there. Also, make sure the radiator hoses are not leaking.
