ive had to remove mine a couple of times you willl need to get something to hold the waterpump pully from turning, get a 12 inch cresent wrench to fit the nut on back of clutch and a 4 lb hammer, place the wrench onto the nut after locking down the waterpump pully, carefully hit the wrench with the hammer to the left, should break loose within a hit or three, then continue to remove from waterpump, oh you will need to remove the shroud in order to get fan out, the shroud should take 10mm socket
