I accidentally put DOT3 brake fluid in the automatic transmission.
I drove about 100 miles.
I am now having the fluid drained, the system flushed and new fluid put in.
Will this have damaged the transmission?

It should be ok. After you flush it, you may want to wait 1 or 2K and do it again to make sure everything is out.
