car starts runs fine when cold, after starts warming up engine breaks up loses power will regain power loses power and shuts down will restart then goes throught the same thing again--time between shutting down gets shorter and shorter. Car has an electronic fuel control two barrel carb. Have changed fuel pump due to gas in oil. Can this be a computer problem or something else?

Has the check engine light come on? Also, have you checked the fuel pressure and volume of gas being pumped?
