1987 Dodge Diplomat tilt steering column

i am in need of help my steering column where the tilt steering control and ignition switch and everything moves on me it does not stay in place alaso my steering wheel moves to the left and right i have changed out the steering wheel checked for any loose bolts that i can find and have come up empty is there anyone out there that can help me

To access the bolts to for the tilt, you need to go deeper into the steering column. You won't see them by just removing the steering wheel.
