2002 Dodge Daytona Wont start

All lights work. The battery and starter are good. Turn the key on and no check engine light or other dash lights come on. Try to start nothing no clicking nothing. What could be wrong?

Do you have a security system if so check it out if its okay start by checking the fusible links and ignition switch

No security system and replaced ignition switch. Looked for fusible link but looks like someone took it out.
