2000 Dodge Daytona codes and results

1st code reading said injectors 27 circut open, replaced all injectors, p0202 & p0207

2nd leak detection pump pressure switch or mechinical default, replaced pressure as per Dodge using that code, cleared light as soon as engine fired new light same code. they did not have the intank fuel filter so it is ordered. will the poor/ plugged/ bad filter cause this same fault is is there another.
Runs well afetr warming but will idle high and fluxuate at in gear stop or when in park

Hi:
A bad filter can limit the fuel pressure and cause the injectors problems.
