1990 Dodge Daytona wont start fault code 12?

1990 Dodge Daytona 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Ok i now have a manual get nothing when i turn the key. so i used the onboard diagnostic system to see if that would tell me anything. got 12 memory standby power lost?? could it be an ignition switch? it now has a new to me starter and a New solenoid New relay, batt and plugs are 3 months old. I have power and lights come on and dont dimm when i turn the key??? Must win the battle PLEASE anyone help lol driving me crazy.

code 12 indicates no power from the SBEC (Single Board Engine Controller)

Code 12 is normal. It means the ignition switch was turned off. Some models don't bother to display code 12, but just disregard it.
