1988 Dodge Daytona Engine wont run

This Car has sat for 10 yr. know it wont run. Spark is good but I dont think fuel is getting to the pistons.

The tank was emty. I put 3 gal. of fuel in the tank.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge to rule out the fuel filter, intank pick-up sock/strainer and fuel pump.
