2008 Dodge Dakota calipers failing

Both my calipers failed both replaced. pads and rotor fine at the time no need to replace or service.
Now 5 months later calipers failed agian (pads and rotor are shot) now why did the calipers fail agian 5 months later? what is causing the calipers to fail and in 5 monthe will I go thouugh this agian?

Your probably missing something there. It's highly unlikely to have 2 calipers go bad at the same time and even more unlikely for it to happen twice although they should always be changed in pairs anyway.

In what manor are they failing?
