Steering problem
2004 Dodge Dakota V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 55000k miles

i developed a leak on the pump and replaced it with a remanufactered pump from chrysler, pump was very noisy(whining) after and was leaking on shaft after 1 mth of limited use. replaced it with another reman. pump and after a short time it was leaking again, on the pressure line inlet, replaced again today by dealer and although not leaking yet it is very whinny and after a few minutes driving there is pressure in the reservoir when i undo the cap the pressure is released. Can there be problems with the rack that would cause this?
tks

The rack wouldn't cause this. Was the system properly bled? Are there air bubbles in the fluid?
