How would I know if it was a fuse issue or a computer problem? My truck is acting up. The lights are only working intermitantly, wipers only on full, and the air fan doesn't change blow pressure. It just started this afternoon.

If it was a fuse, they wouldn't work at all. If they all started at the same time, I would start looking for a ground problem. Check body ground straps, make sure the ground is clean and tight on the engine block, and nothing has come loose under the dash.

Let me know what you find.
