2004 Dodge Dakota Headliner

I have a 2004 Dodge Datoka SLT. I am reding my Headliner in another material. On the drivers side and passanger side there is the two sun-visors. I have remover them. Now, how do you remove the sun-visor catch that holds the visor? Also, at the back of the cab there are two round discs in the head liner. How do you remove them? Thank you. JD
