Please help me someone. I own a 2003 dodge dakota quad cab 4x4 SLT with the 4.7 V8 engine with 68,000 miles on it. It gets what I think as VERY bad gas mileage. I average between 10 and 11 city and at best 12-12.5 on the highway. I know people with the same truck with more miles on them getting way better than this. I replaced the spark plugs(with the factory recommended ones it came with), I bought some carb spray cleaner and cleaned the throat of the carb with it very well, I bought a very high end air filter, I have ran a couple bottles of Lucus injector cleaner through the gas tank, and none of these things has helped at all. Also, the tires are the correct size as the truck came with new. I am really lost and don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Check for codes
Check if it running at operating temp and coolant sensor readings normal
If all test ok suspect bad O2 sensors
