2003 Dodge Dakota squeek in right front end

What could be the problem with this .Replaced rotters.As you turn the rotter it binds up at one point and slows it down.Took it all the way down with rotter off still binds. It doesnt fell like its the transmision.Is there a bearing in the front that could be binding up.

Check if u have the caliper hose twisted restricting the fluid flow
