2003 Dodge Dakota My truck

Three spark plugs on the passenger side of the engine keep burning out. Eversince I ran my truck out of gas I noticed black residue and water shooting from my exhaust pipe and at the same time feels like engine is misfiring. Had fuel injectors cleaned by a mechanic already. Anyone have any suggestions to what this could be.

Has the check engine light come on? Also, have you checked the fuel pressure and the regulator?
