WHEN DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AFTER HITTING 65 THE TRUCK REVS UP TO 3RPMS AND BACK DOWN AND ITS DOING IT EVERY FEW SECONDS ONLY IN OVERDRIVE WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM?

Has the check engine light come on? Is the ATF full? It could deal with the locking torque converter, but that should set a code.

no the check engine light has not come on and i have taken it 2 see if any codes are coming up but none are they say unless it has the check engine light on they want know i have taken it to get fixed once at the dealer and they said i needed a tune up so i hade that done but it still does it so i tryed taken out of overdrive on the interstate to see if it does it then but it does not only in overdrive.
