2003 Dodge Dakota V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i would like to get instructions on replacing the spark plugs on 02 mdakota with 4.7 also does anyone have input on the new e3 spark plugs.are they worth the extra money ?

i havnt noticed anhything except the price and the nice little gap at the tip melts pretty fast.
