Check the IAC valve/motor it may just need cleaning. It could also be the fuel filter. Have you recently run out of gas? If so the fuel injected vehicles are notorious for hard starting after being run dry. The sediment that has settled in the bottom of the tank gets picked up and sent to the fuel filter which causes many vehicles to have no start and hard start conditions. Just replace the fuel filter is a good idea anyway if it has never been done.
