I replaced the head gaskets on this 4.7 dakota, had them checked. heads were ok. after putting it back together it now has what sounds like lifter noise. I was very careful to put all lifters and followers back in the right place. the engine didn't look sludged up and I know the oil has been changed regularly. I even ran an engine cleaner through it and changed the oil again. I hate to just throw parts at it. If someone could help me with a direction to go it would help me out a lot. Thanks
