MY 2020 dakota HVAC blower stays running when the key switch is off. If I don't manually turn off the HVAC blower at the panel rotory switch it will run the battery low. Also sometimes when I need to run the heater or A/C the blower will not turn-on. Could the problem be the resistor and not the blower assembly and if it is the resistor how do you access it?
