Last year at approximately 32000 miles, the front right disk brack would randomly stick/lock causing increased slowness and overheating. Finally ended with complete lockup after pulling over to wait for heating to reduce. Had front brake job, replaced disks and new pads.

Left side has now developed the same symptoms, has overheated twice with severe overheating.

Took it back to the brake shop, they cannot determine the cause/fix.

A restricted brake hose can cause this as well as moisture in the fluid causing the fluid to boil and lock them up.

If the fluid is clear and has been changed, then look to see if fluid will come out of the caliper when it is locking up by opening the bleeder and see if the lock up releases.
