The fan for the air condition and heater will not work
I checked all the fuses and they are OK
I removed the fan and check the voltage on the wires to the fan it is showing 12 volts, I took the fan out and wired it to another 12 volt battery and it ran.
I am puzzled

You have two wires at the motor
one should show battery volts
place speed switch at high check for ground at the other wire
no ground suspect and replace blower motor speed resister
you have a good ground and the motor will not work than motor defective and need to be replaced
good luck
