2002 Dodge Dakota chirp noise when driving and hit bump

i hear a chirp noise when i hit bump when driving can't get this noise by shaking truck only when driving i changed a wheel bearing on passenger side a few months ago checked driver side still no play in bearing. chirping noise just bothers me and i'd like to find the cause.

Make sure the brake caliper is tight, and check the sway bar bushings.
