I replaced my power steering pump today but now have a leak. The leak is where the reservoir connects to the pump. It is a pretty steady leak. When I attached the reservoir I put in the new o-ring that came with the kit. What am I doing wrong, I only installed that one o-ring should there be another that I may have misplaced?

Chances are the o-ring either moved when you replaced it or was knicked. A slight kink will cause a leak. You need to remove the o-ring and inspect it for damage and to make sure it was properly seated.

Hey, I had the same problem, changed the whole pump with reservoir 3 times and still have the same problem. Checked on like and not only I need an "o" ring but also a spacer. Which I believe is making my pump to leak.
