2001 Dodge Dakota clunking and vibration

So I can not figure this out. It started with clicking in my rear end only when applying torque on accelerating. Then it started vibrating doing the same thing, but now its increases vibration when I let off the gas petal at higher speeds. It is also clunking when shifting Park-drive or park-reverse. There is no movement in the u joint or drive shaft. Im running out of options

Did you check the u-joints when there was no pressure on them? (in neutral)

Have you checked the pinion bearing for play?
