2001 Dodge Dakota alignment or suspension parts?

My truck has started turning to to the right quite a bit recently at low and high speeds. When I am moving forward it goes to the right, yet when I back up, the rear turns to my left.

How is tire wear? right tire is it worn on outer edge?
Alignment will cause problem also worn ball joints.
