Leaking fluid. Not sure if pump leaking or cooler.
have seen pumps for sale without cooler and also kits to replace just cooler. Could this vehicle operate with a pump and no cooler. Driver does not do any heavy work with truck just drives back and forth to work.

Yes, it could. Also, make sure what is leaking before just replacing parts.

Let me know if you have other questions.

Just wondering why there would be a cooler on it in the first place. First passenger vehicle I have ever seen with a power steering cooler. Transmission cooler yes but not a p/s cooler.

Basically because of how the system is set up. There is no place for it too cool.
