i have a 2000 dodge dakota and randomly when using my turn signals the light will stay on without flashing, i have read that this may be the "turn signal flasher" and i have tried to locate one online but cannot seem to do so, it would be great if someone can let me know if this is the problem, where i can get the part, and where the singnal flasher would be located on the truck

Chances are it is the flasher. You should be able to get one at any parts store.
