2000 Dodge Dakota my truck has no power when shifting

Im trying to figure out whats wrong with my truck. All of my dashboard guauges work fine. When I try to shift from 1 to 2 to 3 and 4th my truck rams up high on the rpms. It goes back down after I shift but rams up again and my truck barley goes 20 mph no matter what gear im in. Please help me thank you.

WHen in gear, if you hit the gas, do the RPM's go up but you don't accelerate?

Same problem and yes my Rpms skyrocket

Rpms going up but no acceleration is a sign that your clutch needs to be replaced because it is worn out. On a 2WD this isn't a hard job but it is much easier if you have access to a lift.
