2000 Dodge Dakota grinding noise

My dakota is making a light grinding noise when I put it in neutrel. When I push the cluth in the noise goes away. The guy I bought it from said he had the cluth replaced about 6 monthes ago. I didnt notice it until tonight. when there wasnt alot of outside noise. Any thoughts.

Hi there,

This could be a faulty thrust bearing, get a mechanic to test it for you, they should be able to say just by the feel and the noise it is making.
