2000 Dodge Dakota engine swap 2000 to 2005

I have a 2000 dakota quad cab 4x4 4.7 a/t with 200k. I can buy a 4.7 form a 2005 1500 2/wd a/t. am i going to run into alot of problems with this swap. any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

I don't ave the cross reference info. However, we always recommend direct fit replacements. Chances are it will work, but many things such as sensors, intake, exhaust manifold, vacuum hoses, wiring... may need changed. Also, the trans won't work.
