When I turn the a/c on, sometimes it blows warm air and sometimes it blows cold. It will very at the times it is cold or hot. I have jumped both high and low pressure switches and there is no change. Any ideas?

Check if the system is freezing up due to air and moisture that can form ice and block the orifice tube.
