The biggest issue i've been having at this time is that once the engine warms up and the rpms fall below 5/600 it stalls. It will start fine if its cold and stay running for a while, but if I drive anywhere and start it again I have to constantly keep my foot on the gas.

Has the check engine light come on? It almost sounds like an EGR problem, but I can't be sure without a code. Remove the EGR and make sure it is working properly and not carboned too badly.

LEt me know what you find.
