2005 Dodge Dakota rumbles on initial takeoff

When I first start out from a full stop, the truck rumbles and vibrates a little. After I build up a little rpm's, it smoothes out and doesn't do it again until I reach low rpm's. It's not real bad now, but I would like to avoid it developing into something major.
