1999 Dodge Dakota Turn signal problem

Turn signals work sometimes and do not work other times.

Besides, the left turn signal works normal when it does work where as the right turn signal blinks very rapidly when it does work.

If both the front and rear signals flash fast (right side) there are two bulbs on the front. One is either burned out or not making a good connection. Check that. THere is only one screw that holds the lens in place.
