The truck has been sitting for two weeks we renctly tried to jump it off with a 4cyl car . All the intorior lights ,radio power windows work but it will NOT crank ... should we have used a bigger car to jump it off ?? I am an army wife who's husband is deploed ( he is owner of the truck in question) I just need to know if i should call someone to come work on it ??

Get the battery load tested at any auto parts store if okay, put it back in and get a bigger vehicle to jump start it, if it still won't crank-your probable causes here could be the starter motor, starter relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch.

If it cranks and starts-have the electrical system checked out for a short circuit something drain the battery, could also be an alternator problem.
