I believe this has to do with a time delay relay. I have no idea where it is located. Would appreciate a diagram or description of its location.

Hi jwelchtex. Welcome to the forum. The relay is electronic and is in the Body Computer but it isn't the problem. It is involved with the interior lights but not the radio. What IS in common is the interior lights fuse. That circuit provides the constant battery feed for the radio's station preset and clock memory circuits. Without that memory circuit powered up, some models of radio will not turn on.

Thanks for your help, caradiodoc. Your diagnosis was spot on. I found and replaced the interior lights fuse and the radio and int lights are working.

All right. One in a row! Now the question is why did it pop? If it happens again, but is intermittent, I have a trick I can share that MIGHT help you find the cause. It involves replacing the fuse with a light bulb. Holler back if the fuse blows again.
